I've heard it can drop on kills after your first each reset. I've heard 10, I've heard it's like the husk and always has a chance, and I've heard both previous statements are crap. I can't seem to locate any confirmation of the actual drop process. Anyone got some links to something that can put this to rest for me? Please? Edit: The question isn't so much the pre req's to getting it to drop. I'm interested in wether or not each character gets 1 chance per reset, or 10, or more.
