First the fire rate for the 4th Horseman was cut down dramatically. Now after playing the last two days I am having to shoot people with two shots while I keep getting one hit deaths being shot by the shotguns mentioned in the title. Is anyone else experiencing this? I was under the impression that exotics were supposed to be more effective than the rest of the guns but from my perspective this does not appear to be the case.
