Why you should do Vanguard Roc
1. You have a higher chance of getting a legendary engram
2. My experience when in ROC is I got Suros Regime when I wanted it same with ice breaker I got a legendary engram and that God of snipers came out
3. Slightly higher chance of exotic
Keep doing them and you might get something good
