When I play destiny I often find myself making note of all the positives and negatives of each class. Knowing that every class has it ups and downs, I have noticed that one class happens to have significantly more negatives than positives than the other two classes, the warlock.
While the Titan has a decent defensive subclass with a nearly indestructible dome-like shield*, as well as an aggressive offense subclass that shows for some nearly literal guerrilla warfare it does not have any real stealth ability of any kind like the hunter or self resurrect like the warlock, however this is a fairly well balanced class seeing as it has the ability to defend and buff allies as well as being able to become a mobile tank with its Titan smash.
*A titan's shield can be destroyed by a hunter's super and if the creator of the shield dies in either PvP or PvE the shield disappears the moment the creator falls.
With the hunter being on on a nearly level playing field but still being equally balanced. The Hunter does not have any abilities to give teammates a safe place to go or buff and it certainly can't self resurrect, but the hunter has one super aggressive gunslinger subclass that can decimate enemies with one shot from the golden gun and having the only secret combination to have the ability to bring down a titan's shield (no other class has this ability), then it has one stealthy yet aggressive subclass give any hunter the ability to use overpowering melee to kill enemy as well as turn invisible**. The hunter is extremely effective at dealing large amounts of damage with the golden gun as well as sneaking through large groups of enemies if the player wishes to remain unseen.
**A hunter's special invisibility trait is extremely effective toward PvE enemies but not nearly as effective toward other player in the crucible.
Finally there is the warlock. The first of the two subclasses is the nova bomb***, a passive aggressive ranged super that is always thrown in threes. There is no good distance to be when using this super, if you throw too far away and enemies see it coming they will have plenty of time to move out of the way. However throw it too close and you risk two things, either killing yourself or just getting killed. Then there is the sunslinger that is as bad and when you didn't think it could get any worse it is. The only good thing about the sunslinger is the fact that it lets you self resurrect. Other than that it only gives you radiance which speeds up grenade and melee power regeneration.
***A warlock's nova bomb is very easy to spot and isn't the fastest moving super.
Comparing the three classes we can see while the Titan and the Hunter are balanced on a level playing field being the main contenders in the Olympics. The warlock is about five levels below them and making the special Olympics look like the regular Olympics. Warlock's barely have an offensive subclass and a child's surprise party for its second subclass. It is safe to say the warlock is by far the worst of the three classes.

You have some misinformation in your post. 1. Nova bombs aren't always thrown in threes. I'm not even sure what you mean by that, but I assume you are talking about shatter. Shatter is just one if the nova bomb perks. 2. Hunters are not the only class that can break a defender bubble. In fact, a Warlock with shatter can throw the bombs such that the bubble is destroyed, and the titan is killed as well.

Sounds like you just really suck at being a warlock

What do u mean by when u throw a nova bomb to close to u and u either end up killing yourself or getting killed? Sounds like the same thing to me

Well said I completely agree on about everything you stated.
