As someone who is getting close to obataining most extoics and has been playing since launch, I as well as many other players have noticed more and more players tend to look the same and use the same loadouts. I think this is something that could change in the future DLCS or games, so this is a little something I have come up with. (Keep in mind that this is only a simple idea) Having some truly extotic weapons and armor, like Fate of All Fools. Something that only a few people have. I think this would really allow players to become unique and provide possible scenarios such as this (You're just in the tower on a regular bounty pick-up or a vault visit and you see someone dawning some truly EPIC looking gear. Stunned by it you either message the player or look up the gear and then the mind frame sets in "I really bloody want that!" So you now have something of a personal goal to work towards - obtaining this new item.) Rather than just having RNG determine your chances of getting this you should be able to obtain it through a series of tests in PVP or PVE (Some of them could just be PVE) and really create legends around the weapons and armor, think of it less as a bounty and more of a story in itself. Something along the lines of this I think would really allow legends among the community to come to light, again you would be talking to someone about destiny and then they might bring up a player name and the armor or weapon. Suddenly you have something that you aspire to be or obtain. Okay so my first point has now been made and the second one is a smaller topic really. Ships. And I'm not talking about the boat kind, our ships - the ones we take everywhere we go. So much more could be done with the ships, being able to walk around them or be at least in first person when you're in the ship would be really some nice features. However what I think would be really nice is if you display weapons and armor in your ship and customise the interior to your liking. Now there would be no point if you couldn't show this off so, the option to invite other players (ideally friends) to your ship would really bring this out.
