Hunter gunslinger's throwing knife doesn't always burn after hitting a target (pvp only), wtf? Is this a glitch, some other trigger or blocker I'm unaware of? Yes, I gave the burn mod equipped. Side note, are my trip mines broken? I set the record for tripmines thrown and explode for 194 damage and not kill something but if I'm any where near one I get blown sky high without fail. I've stuck people with them and done 194 damage and not kill no there isn't an overshield on them. Apologies if this is a repost.
