i am a big fan of destiny the leveling up , the weapons and overall fun experience of pvp/pve .There is one thing that has been on my mind for a while now and that is an option to change the appearance of our guardian after making a guardian why? well because i don't like how my guardians look now and i have alot of progress on all three to delete them just to change their gender/race.For example: i have a exo/male warlock and it doesn't look bad but it would look better if it was a female since the warlock outfit is long and looks like a women's robe or dress.Even with the titan class i put a human male ,which again looks ok but if the titan was an exo than it would seem more appealing like a strong brute robot tank.I'm probably not the only one that has made this mistake and cannot change characters due because the guardian is a high level .Now i think if bungie can give us fans just one more try to change our appearance race/gender/etc but NOT class like titan or warlock , i mean appearance without deleting our progress on those characters it would be great. (maybe charging players glimmer to change appearance)

I want to change my exo warlock to an awakened warlock. p.s. any one know how to join the queens wrath??!!??

I agree completely, they definitely need to add this in an update. I have always thought it would be awesome if we could name our Guardian as well. I like to immerse myself in the lore but it makes it hard when I see someone run by me named Pizzaninja420.

Necrobump. Wish I could change my titans race to exo lol

They need to allow this to happen in one of their updates. If they don't want us to be able to change our race or gender than at least let us change our hair or even the color of an Exo. If they do make an update I believe that it would be a great idea if they added facial hair for the Humans and Awokens too, as well as some new hairstyles and markings.

Well considering the fact that gender and race truly makes no gameplay impact I'm surprised that Bungie did not try to monetize this option with silver. Say you pay 500 or 1000 silver ( $10 USD), this will enable and option to make a complete reboot to your guardian appearance- takes you to the initial guardian creation screen, without having to reset your sub class levels and factions rank ups.( Some people have over 100+ ranks in vanguard, crucible and faction vendors). Not to forget you need 1 guardian of each type and race if you are a grimoire hunter. There are so many dance and point emotes based on gender and race. Surely people would easily pay to switch up between them. Maybe Bungie thinks that we should grow a sense of attachment to the character and hence allowing us to change them is against their principles. But surely this is a win-win situation for Bungie - let the players chose if they want to change their guardians for a fee.

I picked a female awoken hunter not thinking I would become so addicted to the game so I picked a female character as more of a joke. I have come to regret this decision and wish to change my apperance to a male character and maybe my race but there is no option to do so. I hate the way my character looks. This option is in most games similar to Destiny so why does Destiny not have it? I've spent too much time on this character and do not want to start a new one to simply change my apperance. Please bungie add the option to change our apperances.

I think you should stay with gender and race, but features should have an option to be changed every so often

I too would benefit from being able to change my characters' hair, face, or even race. I made a bit of an impulsive choice on hair color, and this was back when I was on an older, darker CRT TV. So I could use a trip to the Tower's hair stylist! As for race, I didn't realize at the time of creation that Grimoire score is awarded if you have one character from each race. Thank you!

bump.. pls make it happen @Bungie

That would be awesome. I want my Hunter to be a female Awoken also.

This would be a really great idea. Give to Destiny what Borderlands has for it's characters to change features and what not.
