Ascendents as a nightfall reward?
It's not just me right? Logically, if you are in a nightfall you are already 28+ and able to do either Atheon or the daily for Ascendents if you really need them. Anyone who is 30+ has raid gear and needs Ascendents as much as they need herpes. They should be removed from the nightfall loot table, or made relevant again, either way.

I hate this nonsense also. Last week did 3 nightfalls to be lumbered with 11 + 12 ascendent whatever pissed me right off. However few hours ago I carried a level 27 through the nightfall and they got 11 energies but for them it was relevant to getting their character levelled up so I guess it depends on how far your into the game. I would suggest to bungie if you intend to add the dlc content to nightfall, weekly heroics and daily missions rotations that you at least make it that we are rewarded the relevant (radiant) materials for that content. At the very least it should be added to the nightfall loot table.

It's RNG. You can even get strange coins now. One time I got 15 SC. It's random.
