I preordered Destiny and the Expansion Pass from Gamestop. Under Related Items Add ons I have installed Destiny Expansion I, Vanguard Armory, Destiny Red Sparrow, Blacksmith Armor Shader and Destiny Expansion Pass. The are all downloaded and INSTALLED. I have gone into the PSN Settings and Restored Licenses. Nothing I do gives me access to these items. The Postmaster has NOTHING for me. After i completed all of these steps I created a new character and played it through the first mission to the tower as the help said the first character you create will have these items, so since i had created the character i had before i did the restore licenses function I made another character just to assure they did'nt appear afterwards. They Did not. I do have access to the items for sale at the Vanguard Armory, but I have no vehicles. I am also posting a screenshot of the information to verify my story.
