I was going for Dead Orbits Venation III hand cannon and in my first Dead orbit package I got his trashy rocket launcher. I am thinking about grinding up new monarchy to three to see if I get red hand IX. What hand cannon should I go for that's easy to get and what perk rolls should I look for?
