Having read these forums and played in a few raids I can't believe the elitism of some people. The CE Raid Normal can be done with a team of level 30,31,32 players it is not the level or the weapons that matter it's the teamwork and the communication that makes it easy to complete. CE hard can be done with lover level players too and not everyone has to have...... Weapons as long as tracking is on your rockets and the gun is maxed with some heavy packs your good to go. Again some good communication and teamwork and a knowledge of what to do and where to go. It's not about weapons or skill or any of that bs it's about learning and working as a team.
