This is my 7th post with no response from Bungie, I have talked to both my ISP who has even made a call out to service my house and states my internet is perfect. i called my router manufacturer and told them the issues before mentioning the game and they straight asked are you playing "Destiny" the game they say they get the most calls on. BUNGIE IT IS YOUR SERVERS that have the issue, you will not respond to me for real support I have done all I can the next step is the Attorney Generals office and the Federal trade commission this is not a joke. Errors today include Hawk, Ferret, Caterpillar, Anteater, and at least 20 plus disconnects today.

Edited by skippay: 3/13/2015 7:49:40 PMYou say that you call the manufacturer of the router and that they have load of calls about destiny, this suggests to me a rubbish router ( I can just imagine "oh, are you playing destiny? Yeah our routers don't work with that") Either way, if you want your money back take it to the retailer, I don't think anyone has ever gotten a refund for anything by posting on a forum.

Edited by AKinkyReaper: 2/22/2015 7:13:13 AMSo your ruining a game that millions of people play over something stupid? Take the damn game back n go away. I also dont think that you or any one else understands that bungie is a tiny company compared to what it was with halo and microsoft backing them. They lost alot of people when they dropped halo to 343. Thats probably why this game had slow development and why it takes them so long to fix bugs unlike other companies. But they sure do try there hardest. If you seriously want to ruin a small companies game that they worked (and are still working on) for 5 years then go be that d bag and stay off the forums. We dont care. We play the game for entertainment and to have fun. Destiny is a great game and i say that even when i weasel and get other errors. Its the playing the keeps me here. Screw the errors.

It took me two weeks until I finally perfected my network and stopped my error codes and getting kicked frequently. took many of the same steps you've taken without much help from bungie or their help pages. I had contacted my isp multiple times and even considered buying a whole new modem before I resolved my connectivity issues. My issue was that my network was running into a "double nat issue". I was using a wired connection from my Linksys router to my xbone and had forwarded all ports and even put the xbone in the dmz zone but still was having issues. The problem was that my router and modem were not playing well together. Though the router's nat was open when it tried going through my isp's modem it was still restricting the data traffic. So my solution was to bypass the middle man and directly connect my xbone to my modem (thus bypassing the router entirely), and than take the extra step to port forward and dmz the xbone on my modem settings page. since then I haven't had any issues since this latest batch of wasp errors this weekend from an update. I agree that Bungie needs to do some major work on their customer service. any other massively multiplayer game on pc has a dedicated customer service team that you can call or chat with online for assistance. heck I'd even take an active bungie employee on these help forums. Hope this helps and good luck.
