I've been using this approach to mid strategy with my main raid group in the recent weeks, and its worked out consistently well for us. If you're looking for a simple and common-sense plan to take down Crota, this strategy's a viable choice.

I think this is viable but two things I would note: 1) Using the titan bubble on one of the platforms Crota rotates to in order to distract the boomers is much less risky than up on the center platform because it truly focuses their attention and minimizes the chance that they'll have LoS of the sword carrier if Crota drifts to the far left side of center. 2) This is personal preference, but I think doing three swords with two downs each is a lot less stressful and coordination-intense than trying to orchestrate three downs on two swords (and that's even factoring in having to deal with the Ogres in the room).
