XBOX 360 - FLAWLESS RAIDER Achievement Recruitment

Hello fellow guardians! Me and my friend have been trying to find a flawless raiding party for a month now. We can't find anyone to help us with the achievement (being an achievement hunter ourselves we are very annoyed we can't get the achievement as it's one of out final ones). I hope you can help but it's OK if you don't.
I am currently a level 31 Hunter (mastered both sub classes).
My friend is also a level 31 Warlock (mastered both sub classes).
Need capable teammates that have extreme experience with the raid.
Requirements:
- lvl 31+
- Played raid many times
- Mic
- Cooperative and not disruptive teammate
- EXTREME patience and endurance
- Possible ICE BREAKER or GHORN (not fully required)

Hey I would like to have this achievement also. My highest character is a 31 Warlock. I have icebreaker. I don't have Ghorn but I have hunger of crota, truth, and dragons breath. So I am not short on rockets. I have done VOG multiple times on all 3 classes so I am experienced. My GT is the same as above if you want to add me or contact me.
