Destiny- Swords Class Idea
Let's say you were able to keep a sword forever.
Walk into battle with your sword in hand. Let's say crucible.
Some guy comes up to you with an auto rifle.
The bullets would have prediction lines, much like sao2.
You could press attack and move your trigger according to the prediction lines.
Let's say ones hitting your head, 3 body.
Attack+up=Slices top in half, destroying it.
Then attack + down + left +right= stops the 2 bullets from hitting your body.
Yes. They would split apart. Maybe 5% chance of hitting you?
Multiple classes of swords for Speed/Damage/Handling.
Let's think about this bungie.
A full on sword class with Bullet breaking so you can have a chance at living.
Who wouldn't want to use a sword? I would rather have a sword than a gun.

1 ReplyI dunno about the prediction lines, but I'm in 100% support of adding swords to the game. We can have Crucible matches where players can have all swords, swords and guns, or just guns (able to set it when searching for a match). Different tiered swords much like guns, with primaries (for example, one handed swords (auto rifle equiv), rapiers (scout rifle equiv) or hammer/mace (pulse equiv) Heavy weapon slot would have two-handed swords, really big blades like the Sword of Crota or big hammers which swing a lot slower but deal a lot more damage I know it's pretty unlikely, but I'm just snowballing. I think swords would be a good addition to the game, add a bit more fantasy to it all I suppose, even though I guess it does lean more towards sci-fi.
