Don't want to be rude. But gotta say it.

Disconnected from Xbox Live every 5 minutes. I ask Bungie for help, they tell me to lower firewall and open NAT type. Doesn't work. We are not the ones that should be fixing the error codes, you are. You are the producers, we are the consumers. I love this game, and I plan to play it for a long time, but I just am not willing to suffer through 10 disconnects an hour, every day. Fix this please. I'm begging you.

  • Hey FATMAN 963! Networking errors can be caused by many, many factors. Some the BUNGiE team can actively work on, others have to do with ISP interaction or even issues on your local network. It's all about eliminating as many possibilities as we are able. For us consumers, that means checking and double-checking our end of the spectrum is spotless. In addition, we should post specific information on what errors codes we're experiencing and in what volume to help the BUNGiE team better track what issues should receive priority. To that end, what error codes are you encountering that are leading to consistent disconnects?
