Its exploiting their system. They made it possible to have 2 or more of same character for family and friends that share a system so each person can be whatever character they want. Their intentions were not to have losers make multiples to get stuff easier. They want you to grind not take the easy way out thats sad i feel bad for everybody who does do that its pathetic and a way to try being high rank quik. Wheres the fun in that. Theres no reason for making multiples and people try to defend themselves because they know they are exploiting the system. Just like people who cheese raids try to defend themselves by saying its their fault for not fixing it or its their fault for not making it uncheeseable.
