Explosive rounds negate head shots
With explosive rounds selected it appears that head shots often do not register as such. Switching between ER and other perks makes this very noticeable, especially when doing It's All in the Head.

thats why i never understand why people use explosive rounds on the fatebringer its a garbage perk
