Xur will sell gjallarhorn, one day.
People who think xur will never sell gjallarhorn are stupid. Gjallarhorn is a weapon just like the last word or the plan C. Xur is RNG. Gjallarhorn is just another gun. Just like the ice breaker everyone said xur will never sell it and it's not in the loot table. Well look what happen. Xur will sell gjallarhorn before HoW comes out I'm sure of it.

He's already sold it anyway. I do not know why people think he will not sell it again. There is no reason why he would not sell it again. We see it very often that Exotics get multiple sells.
