Shachal - Chapter 27: ...Break

Forgive the delay. I intended to have this chapter out far sooner. Much closer to the release of Chapter 26, in fact, considering the circumstances left to that particular installment. But I feel a stirring excitement might be borne from this chapter. I hope you enjoy it and what will follow. Thank you very much for reading, everyone. As usual, but no less true, I appreciate all reads and reviews made by all readers. And for those of you who have returned, it's good to know you're still sticking this ride out. We're just getting to the good part... If you prefer Microsoft OneDrive for viewing click here. • Like always, your writing is so detailed and visual I sometimes feel like I'm watching a movie rather than reading words on a screen. This chapter came to an excellent close. It left me wanting more, but satisfied enough to wait. I just started reading this a few days ago, but I'm so glad I found this. I'm excited for what come next. P.S- your character development is some of the best I've seen. I wasn't that interested in Lukos due to his attitude, but he grew on me quickly once he started opening up a bit. This and the previous chapter plucked my feel strings, and that doesn't happen often for me. So kudos to you.
