Can't acquire no time to explain
So I finished the BL campaign, got my stasis subclass and all, but the exo stranger didn't give me any additional quests, even after I visit her from time to time there's nothing, no indicators or anything. BTW I got the gamepass version of BL, so I don't know if no time to explain is a paid exotic or if I'm missing something

Game Pass only includes the base version of Beyond Light. The early access to the NTTE, was a bonus included with the purchase of either the Beyond Light + Season bundle, or the Deluxe Edition. You would either need to purchase one of those two bundles, or wait until the weapon gets added to general loot pool, sometime later on. PS- The Destiny section, is actually for Destiny 1. In future, you’d be wanting to use either the Destiny 2 tag, or for questions like this one, Help.
