We all know raids are hard the first time we go through them, we don't know what will happen if you don't do something right and your whole fireteam dies from it.
My question to all of you guardians is: How can the fallen kill 6 strong guardians in 1 move.
Some examples: Ritual of negation (Templar): lost forever in time (Atheon) Dropping the relic (shield in VoG) Annihilator totems (Crota) Ovesoul(Crota) gorogon gaze (gorgons) succumb to oracles(oracles)
So what mass murdering weapon shall the fallen throw at us to set us back in their new raid!
One idea I had was a beacon falls somewhere onto the map, if you don't destroy it in time the beacon gives the green light to a fallen ketch (big ass ship) and the ship beams down an ion cannon and kills everyone, but that's all I can come up with, what about you Guardians?

Edited by Acesforever: 2/9/2015 3:23:21 PMI'm really loving the ketch bombing run idea. No idea where the raid will be taking place, but as the fallen are one of the more practical races in the game (and far less mystical), the idea of them painting your fireteam for a bombing run makes a lot of sense. I can already see specific shanks/vandals devoted to this purpose. The other thing I can think of is, if the raid takes place on a giant ketch, there can be an area where they try venting you into space. Or maybe some kind of room defense. I mean, how many times has a regular skiff knocked out entire fireteams on nightfall?

so what if there is a maze room with jump skils disabled and a mob called Alpha Wolf. If it sees you, a message appears saying The pack has found its victims and a bunch of Reaver Vandals who are invisible come attack you as well as the Alpha Wolf. Death message: you have been annihilated

Edited by Aramintai: 2/9/2015 2:47:29 PMIt's gonna be a Walker boss that will enrage after 8 mins into a roid mode and start shooting one hit killing rockets from its cannons like crazy. Another boss will be a Servitor that can only be killed by dropping its shield, which will require killing all the mobs around it asap. Otherwise it will lock its laser beam and insta kill everyone.

Please review the attached worksheet.

Shank swarm.
-
Bugs. As usual
-
Giant servitor sucks your soul out through your ass.
-
doesnt matter the raid will be cheesed.
-
A bug. A glitch. A broken game mechanic (jump on an oddly shaped rock and die). Bungie surpasses all expectations when it comes to innovative bugs.
-
If you don't kill boss fast enough servitor transforms to Optimus prime and throws a kamehameha at you
-
If you read the Grimoire Cards you'll take note that the Servitors are considered their Gods. Servitors are practically an electric surge waiting to happen the equivalent of a Transformer detonating on itself. Why not make it where there are 6 Servitors in a room with 6 panels. If one of them makes it the whole room will be shocked and killing all occupants. It'll create a time crunch, a rush, then separating the Guardians like that will create panic.
-
Hundreds of yellow health stealth vandals that spawn upon an enrage timer.
-
Maybe a cross between a Servitor and a Captain? And if it's not killed in an amount of time it'll stomp on the ground destroying everything in its way. The little message at the bottom will be "Zets (or chosen boss name) has claim his souls"
-
Destroyed by the main cannon of a Ketch
-
The gaze of Randall the vandal
-
10 bucks BUNGIE makes it so the raid boss can be put on his knees forever while getting pushed off
-
"The Gates of Hell have been opened"
-
Stupidity
-
The grind has already destroyed my fireteam. I've lost a lot of guardians since TDB & I'm slowly slipping away as well...
-
The answer is very obvious. It will be glitches.

There might be a stage where the fallen have set up a huge bomb in the reef and you have to do something very quickly in order to stop the bomb exploding, kinda like the death singer

Fallen are the strongest enemy to be put in a raid besides cabal, their movements are sparatic, they shoot snipers faster, and their primary shielded enemy, the captain, will be undeniably an issue with a shrapnel launcher.
