So I've been levelling up my Word of Crota which dropped for me on the hard raid the other day. I've been trying out "Phantom Gift"; the Word of Crota's exclusive perk. Honestly, I really wanted to like it because I love hand cannons, but the perk was next to useless. It provided a slight improvement in certain situations. It's ridiculous. I believe Phantom Gift should be changed from returning 1 bullet to the magazine to 2 or 3, or changing the perk completely. That style of perk is amazing on the sniper rifle, Black Hammer, but it isn't nearly as useful in a watered-down form on a hand cannon. Bungie changed the perk on the light of the abyss, so who's to say they can't change this one too!
