Armor from Iron Banner capable of reaching level 30?
I'm hearing conflicting things here. Some people say the Iron Banner armor cannot reach level 30, some say it does. How does anyone even know this yet unless they've been saving ascendant shards up and have been grinding the hell out of iron banner all day?
I see no reason why the iron banner armor wouldn't have the same light potential as raid armor. Otherwise yeah, everyone's gonna be pissed with Bungie. It would be a pretty stupid move for them not to make it reach 30.
I'm also hearing the higher your rank gets, the more gear is displayed from Lord Saladin to purchase. Not sure if this is just a rumor either.

2 RepliesEdited by Degroff: 11/18/2014 6:58:54 PMI cannot confirm this but I've been curious about whether it's possible to reach 30 with IB gear or not and this is what I've come across with two sources so far: [b]•The new Iron Banner gear will allow you to reach level 30, with the help of 1 Exotic and 1 Raid piece.[/b] So you still need an exotic and 1 raid piece along with the IB armor filling the other slots to manage 30.
