In case your brain doesn't work, let me explain a simple idea to you.

This isn't the real world. Screaming like that doesn't actually make you more likely to be heard. You can type in caps all you want and you have no better chance of being noticed then typing normally.
Here's another idea: PMs. Personal Message the mods instead of cluttering a thread with your inane caps.
