Limited edition problem

So, I bought a standard edition at first and started playing on release. Yesterday, my limited edition arrived and servers near me I guess were down or having problems but I was able to put in the digital content stuff. So, my girlfriend and me created a new character for her today when the servers went up and all the digital content from the limited edition ended up on her character instead of mine or all my characters on my account. My question is why? Is this a per character instead or per account thing? I tried to create a third character to see if it was just attaching the content to new characters but not, none of the other 2 have the items: ship, emblem, etc. They seem as purple legendary items. IF this is per character, why not put a warning asking to which character to attach the items to or per xbox live account? Kind of disappointed how this turned out to be IF it's this way how it works instead of the obvious per xbox live account. Thanks in advance for any information about this.

  • If you go to Special Orders, you should be able to pick up as many copies as you like of the bonus content. I think you may have to pay around 50 glimmer for further copies of the ghost skin, but the rest are either 0 or 1 glimmer each, if I remember correctly.
