There is a large part at the bottom where it's the tv frame and not the screen, which none of them are designed like. Here is what a 70" 4K ultra HD sony flat screen looks like. You also show no fridge and no microwave. And if you [i]could[/i] afford all of that, you would have been able to afford a decent camera to take pictures of your room with. I honestly don't see the point in making all of that up for.
