Hey guys, I found out a lot of little tricks for farming and grinding in the beta. Assuming most of those will be around in the final game I might as well share these with you guys and help out a bit. Tired of looking for spinmetal 1 plant at a time? Having trouble getting glimmer fast? Want to increase your rep for the vanguard and crucible? Want to get vanguard and crucible marks quickly? Then go into free roam and look for the missions you can take that have a circle with a star in it as the symbol. It will give you a bounty to kill a strong enemy. When you kill said enemy you get glimmer, vanguard/faction rep and around 9-13 spinmetal. If you don;t know what spinmetal is for, you can trade it with the vanguard or crucible quarter master and get rep, glimmer and marks. For example, if you go to the vanguard quarter master you can give him 50 spinmetal and get 5 vanguard marks, 25+ vanguard rep and about 250 glimmer. It's the same for the crucible quarter master except you get 5 crucible marks and 25+ crucible rep. I hope this helps you guys when the final game is around. And don't forget, there's a weekly cap for the amount of marks you earn so just stockpile on the spinmetal and stuff. One more fun fact. From what I know you can exchange spinmetal for something with Xur the black market dude. Just be aware of that. I hope this helps!
