Items like a sword being picked up, or unconfirmed, however common speculation is that if they were going to be implemented in the game that we would allready have seen them or a " pickup able item" in alpha or beta. Ya. It sure is a warlock holding a hunter knife. But it also looks like a cinematic and not a in game shot. Maybe earlier in the clip he took it from a hunter. I dont know :(

I think it was early in development that most people had the knife I am pretty sure the warlock in the old e3 sneak peak used the hunters knife, so maybe at one point they all had just one type of melee
