Races and origins of your Guardian

This is old news but haven't seen it discussed much. Maybe I missed the posts about this but oh well. The alpha and beta were awesome. Can't complain about much. However there was one thing that I couldn't really let go of. The origins of your Guardian. Your ghost finds you and revives you no matter what race you are. Maybe I was a bit spoiled with GW2 where each race had their own unique origin story and beginner level. I would love to see each race in Destiny have something similar. This maybe wishful thinking but it would be cool for each race to have a unique twist on how they became a Guardian. I'm not the most creative type so I'm sure all my ideas are shit. Anyone else have any ideas?

  • My ideas is that we get to the bottom of HEROBRINE's origins. Could DeeJ really be him??? http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/67430264/0/0

    • They did that in Dragon Age: Origins too, I really liked how that worked. Since Bungie's playing really close to the vest on Awoken and Exos, I'm not sure how much they'd be willing to reveal as far as those origins. Humans should be simpler, since last time I checked they could be found pretty much all over Earth. Now, another way to get some variety would be to have the new Guardian's spawn point based on their class. Titans could start near some demolished war machines (were they fighting on the side of the machines or protecting someone from them?) Hunters near a cave (tracking down a dangerous creature?) and Warlocks near some kind of shrine-like building (protecting the shrine or trying to destroy it?).
