I can't think of any fps that has online competitive multiplayer that hasn't had private/custom matchmaking... So I don't understand why you are freaking out about them not saying that private matches are in the game.

Battlefield comes to mind...

Confirmed by Deej while in a live stream with 2old2play that private/custom matches are not in launch build. You can find video on YouTube.

Because there has been absolutely no mention about them, and that makes people worry (myself included)... Then again, not one of the Call of Duties has made a point to mention custom games or private matches leading up to their launch, either. Not in all the years since CoD4

Edited by snes420: 8/14/2014 3:46:34 PMDidn't CoD just announce e-sports support(private matchs, lan support) for their new game earlier this week? But nice facts bro.

eSports is something fairly new to that series and they're trying to really get people into the competitive scene that's why they announced that... The past cod's which he referenced didn't have eSports and said nothing about custom matches.... Regardless the point is custom matches have always been in fps games that have multiplayer they just don't always say that's it's there because it's common to be in these types of games.

Exactly... All these games have it they just don't advertise it. It like people that make these kind of posts have never paid attention and followed a fps game before
