How the hell did you even play Halo 3? everytime i got on, i had red bar and the servers were terrible

well i use to play back like a year ago and EVERY game everyone was red barring or barely yellow. It was insane and unplayable. idk if it's changed and the servers are back to normal but yeah, i miss that game
