If all the uproar over the no matchmaking thing continues and bungie sees that raid participation is significantly lower than expectations, then I'm sure match making will be added in a patch later down the road.

Its not supposed to be accessible to all. Thats the point. Its supposed to be really really really hard.

I hope I will never have to use it.

I would definitely love to be able to do it with 5 friends. But to be honest, coordination with 5 people in an Xbox love party is really hard, everyone will be talking at the same time and it will just give me a head ache. Squad mates won't be able to follow directions or receive commands from the clan heads in each fire team and might just be an unpleasant experience. I'd rather just have my one friend I really want to play with and communicate effectively with the other cannon fodder running around.

They wont do what theybare supposed to. Be hopping in and out etc.

Plus when all the walkthroughs on YouTube show up everyone will know how to do it.
Plus when all the walkthroughs on YouTube show up everyone will know how to do it.
Knowing what, and being able to execute roles in fights as a group are different things. Raids arent meant to be accessible to people not in an organized group.

It's going to be like that either way.
It's going to be like that either way.
I completly disagree.

I know from experience in battlefield that 6 people trying to give call outs all at the same time and trying to have any sort of real organization that it just turns into 6 people yelling into there headsets trying to get the point across. Now I intend on playing with 6 friends to not have to deal with randoms, I just think it's going to be a frustrating experience.

That's exactly what Bungie doesn't want raids to be.
