At random intervals (of course) the game drops in a high levelled (read- badass) fallen captain, a bounty hunter of sorts, whose mission is to kill a particular guardian. Other guardians in the area are taxed with having to protect said guardian from being killed. Gameplay would result in a mix of attack and defense with the promise of I don't know...maybe a cool weapon or engram up for grabs? Very basic idea this of course...opinions?
There is an event like that, I encountered it while playing on the moon. It was a reaver captain with boosted stats and armor that tried to kill me when I attacked him.
Could be fun, but said target guardian should be required to be a certain level of defense
