hand cannon needs to be buffed and moved to special weapon slot
I found the hand cannon highly under used during my travels through destiny. It's just to weak for it's spot. And trust me I wanted to think it was good very badly. I think it needs a buff. And be moved to your secondary. I mean common everyone knows pistols are secondary weapons not primary. Just my two cents. N97
