I noticed a few times while playing missions if you die while, before, or during the end you can't be brought back. I also found out that teammates can't revive you either. Has anyone else had this issue? I say this because it has happened to me a few times and I missed out on collecting the loot because the timer ran out and I couldn't be revived to collect anything.
