Same here. Me and my friends mics were working but we couldn't hear each other. We were both in the same fire time. I also heard things like peoples friends lists not working. I think it's a Xbox glitch

I saw some videos of the Beta on YouTube showing off the Playstation version, and they don't seem to be having any trouble communicating. Maybe it is a glitch on the Xbox version... hopefully one that'll be fixed for the final game.
