Not sure i understand Radiance for the Sunsinger. By "abilities" does that limit the increased effectiveness to your grenade, melee, and jump? Or does it also increase the effectiveness of your weapon as well?

That's a really good question, but, unfortunately, the in-game description doesnt specify what 'abilities' are improved.
