I grew up on xbox, and only recently switched to playstation. I had halo 1, 2, 3, reach, odst, I even played the Halo RTS game, though it's been so long I can't remember it's name. I'm no sony fanboy, I had all those sweet years of playing halo, and now I have years to come playing destiny.

That's nice. Sony still has their great studios(Naughty Dog, Sony Santa Monica, Media Molecule) and Xbox lost their best one.

They are not exclusive any more so yeah they lost them.

we only "lost" them bc microsoft wanted to continue the halo series after bungie had already closed the story

It felt pretty repetitive and boring after a few hours. I'm excited for the full game though because its looking to be cooler than cool. That reminds me, i need to pre order my xbox exclusive Halo 2 and Halo 5. I almost pre ordered them the other day but, over 300,000 reliable xbox servers got in my way. Rofl.

Haha, I was torn about this generation. Been an Xbox fan since 2001 and the graphic differences between the playstations and xboxes didn't matter much to me, and I preferred the exclusives on Xbox. With the only exclusive I kind of cared about coming to PC (dead rising 3) and the fact that destiny seems to be aimed more at ps4, I went out and joined the next generation with Sony. I didn't NEED to exactly, but it's about time I did, PC may be master race, but console exclusives kick ass too. Sadly I don't want to shell out more money for the xbone just for a collection of games I already have. Halo CEA was poorly done in my opinion anyway, and I was finished with Halo after halo 4, I don't like what it's become. ANYWAY, destiny. Badass game on all consoles.

With a level cap of 8 yes I agree... I hit that in about 3 hours.... after that it is the devils lair and the crucible.. maybe that is why the beta is so short....

3 hours? it took me me like 4 or 5... Then again I screwed around a bit. Too bad I don't keep any stats.
