In a lot of other threads i've been very much for the idea of the holographic sleeves. I believe those would be the easiest change while still looking the most mystical. We're only a few months away from release which means a new location for the class item may end up not getting enough time to be perfected. This could end up leading to a half ass item or delays. I think holographic sleeves would be the best change simply because it would allow many different patterns to extend off of the arm(s) and really give notice to the character. Also i feel that hoods are more to hunters, just like how coats are to warlocks.
