I hope there is no punishment for quitting on your team, cuz if there is I swear many ppl who are competent (such as myself) will either quit pvping or just pub stomp.
Why should I punished for being part of a team that has a phobia of flags?

I agree, Just because a match isn't going the way you want doesn't mean you should abandon your team. If it is truly an issue to play with a team not performing in the manner you want then play pvp with just your friends. Don't punish the team further because you are frustrated with the situation.

Because you can't win every match? And what you're saying is, once you start losing, you'll quit. Who wants to play with you?
