I haven't been able to see my vanguard gear from the Hunter Vanguard since the beta started, my sister however can see her Warlock vanguard armor with no issue so I'm fairly certain that it should be viewable from the get go. I have leveled my vanguard up to rank 1 and cannot see it still, this would be very detrimental if I were wanting to use that gear when I reach level 20 when the cap is reset to the proper value.
