Agreed.
Would anyone be open to the idea of identifying engrams in the post mission screen, seeing as you literally just need to sit through a loading screen to run 30m to the guy who will decode it and give it to you? This still means you can't equip engrams mid-mission, and it just saves sitting through a loading screen.
