In the ghost menu, right next to (PS4) SQUARE (hold): Summon Sparrow. TRIANGLE (hold): Return to orbit. Add: CIRCLE (hold): Return to tower.
If we don't want to go that far, then at least add a button at the mission end screen next to TRIANGLE (hold): Continue, giving the option to go back to the tower after the mission cutscene finishes. It can even load in the background, behind the cutscene.
