Not Loading Character Model In Companion App
Everything seems to load fine on the companion app except for my character model. In it's place is a black silhouette. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S2. Any help?

13 RepliesSorry for the delay. After consulting with the engineers I have learned some things I want to pass on. The Galaxy S2's (at least most of them) don't offer the support we need to render 3d. The same is true for some older S3's. Companion detects compatibility and chooses to show 3d if the experience will be a good one. Otherwise you just see the silhouette. The app could do a better job telling the user what's going on but we can't fix 3d for older devices trivially. We are working on ongoing improvements to 3d but we don't have specifics about what phones will be supported right now.

Black silhouette here too. Cant see on my phone or my tablet, however my friend can see mine on his phone.

I have the same problem on the galaxy note 2 and Google Chrome on my personal desktop. Everywhere else it loads, my wife's iPhone 5c, Internet explorer, my laptops Google Chrome works. Also today my character doesn't appear if you mouse over his name in the menu at character selection.

It doesn't load on firefox even though ive got the latest version and on my samsung s3 the app doesnt show the character model

on chrome on my pc my character model will not display either. on the iphone app it works and on my friends pc it works. (he uses chrome as well) not sure why and i cant seem to find any fix or help on the subject.

It works on my iPod Touch 5G, but not on my PC (Chrome).

I have I iPhone 4 and I have the same problem but also it says my character is classified which is preventing me from looking at my gear and scores for games I played

Im s2 as well same problem could see character first time I used app but never again can't sign in very well either and joining a clan is near impossible

Has anyone tried internet explorer? I know you're thinking "ugh, why would I use IE?" but it works fine for me, and several other people I know.

In the app when it tries to load I get a pop-up message saying "There was an error communicating with the server, but the system was unable to determine what the error was"

I realize that the Beta is over now, but I have never been able to see my character in the app (iPhone) or on my PC (Firefox).
