Just a idea

I know for most past games it shows how long you play by your high level or something close to that. But I'm one of those guys that hits max level so like inheritor in halo reach. I would love for the time I spent in my game to be easily noticed by other players. I don't want it as hidden as it seems having to go into menus and other dumb things to find played time. I know the new systems record it better but I would like it beside my name or something like that. Share your guys ideas about this. It's just a little tweak I'd like more accessible.

  • Eh... Time played doesn't always mean a good player. My brother plays FPS games a LOT more than most people I know. He's decent, but not what I would call a great player. On the flip side, i've known people who grind like crazy and get damned good really quick, so their time playing doesn't seem like much, though they have more skill that others who've played longer. My point, it would be a nifty feature, but you can't really judge a player's skill by how long they've played the game.

    • I'd like to be noticed and make everyone be able to see how Bad Ass I am.

    • I guess that would be ok but I think it would be in your info state on your character when any one check your character out. That would be ok for me, it will all come to play if a log more people really ask for it to be in the game

    • I think the way that Bungie is designing Destiny to show how "long" you've played is by the look of your Guardian. From what I understand it will be very easy to tell how experienced a Guardian is based of their weapons and armor. Just our of sheer curiousity, why does it matter that you can see how long you've been playing?

Probably the only purpose it would serve if everyone could see it is to complain when they get matched up against you about how much longer you've played than them.
