During the Battle of Earth (the siege of New Mombasa) Nihai' Tuyokee was dropped from orbit by a Covenant Supercarrier, accompanied during the drop by Heavy\light Orbital Insersion pods. During the siege, he and his squad where ordered to place a anti matter bomb in the heart of the city . There was a complication during they're return to the flagship, on the path to they're evac they ran into a group of Marines accompanied by a team of ODST's attemting to deactivate the anti matter bomb that Nihai and his squad placed in that sector of the city. Nihai and his squad crashed during they're escape from the blaze. They then pushed deeper into the city fighting they're way through. Dying one by one until finally it was only Nihai and Voro' Mantakrea left in the battle. What particularily happened to them is unknown, they were most likely killed by human forces.
