Yes, Time is relative to gravity. If you're closer to a large mass you age slower. Right now your head is older than your feet.

So if someone was in a black hole where time does not move would they live forever?

You'd be killed long before you got to the surface.

Not sure what would happen if you were inside a black hole, but if you get close enough you'll get [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spaghettification]spaghettified[/url] more and more as you approach the center of the black hole, and because of time dilation it would literally feel like forever(until you die from dehydration or something); although Winypit would have a much better explanation.

I'm pretty sure the forces would kill you, however, if you orbit a black hole for ten years it would have been twenty years on Earth.
