Clan hopefuls: Read The Art of Halo in the articles section of Ikari Tenshi, It's a big article but is has the basic fundamentals of warfare, with my own comments on a Halo bent!
A question and answer section where you can ask whatever your heart desires.
Guestbooks (You may advertise your Chapter or Clan in the Guestbooks!).
PUBLIC FORUM (as long as it's not abused)
There are many more articles coming, including the Ikari Tenshi Clan By-Laws Horitsu So you may use it as a framework for your own clan.
Come in and see the Gametypes section. Some will test your skills to a new extreme.

Well, the chapter - little activity, few databases, usw (etc) And the clan site, links to each of the sections from each of the sections would be nice (for example if you go to the members page you should have links back to the other sections of the site). Also maybe better or easier navigation? Other tips would be infringing on my own clan plans (haha...) for the future....
