Does bungie consider BXR, BXB, etc. to be "illegal" during MM?

In MM any bug/glitch manipulation is considered cheating by Bungie and by the XBOX LIVE Team. In customs, they are up to the party leader and those participating.

I care actually, sir. It doesn't even have to be in Matchmaking. If someone is BXR-ing in a custom you can report them. Achronos is trying to enforce this rule. Also any other button glitch counts as well.
